Windows XP Home, WindowsXP Professional, Windows98, and WindowsME require approximately two 2 hours sessions to become user proficient.
ComputerTutor™ instructors will begin at whatever level you are comfortable. We can begin at the very beginning defining and describing the Desktop, Icons and Taskbar, or we can troubleshoot file management and hardware problems. It just all depends upon the needs of the client.
The ComputerTutor will point out such features as Windows Update and QuickView. ComputerTutor will spend enough time to cover file management and the use of Windows Explorer so that the client is comfortable managing and finding his/her own files.
