How long will it take to be trained? |

That depends upon how many modules of
QuickBooks your business needs to use. We estimate that it will take
2-2.5 hours for each module. |
 | How many people can be trained at the same time? |

We prefer to work with one person at a
time, but can accommodate up to two people at a time |
 | Do you charge more to train an extra person? |
|

Yes, we charge $20 per hour extra for each
extra person |
 | How do you decide what to cover? |
|
|
You tell us what you need to know and that
is what we cover. Although we will make suggestions if you need more
training. |
 | Can you help me with my taxes? |

Yes, we do provide tax preparation and
consulting as an extra service |
 | Do you charge for travel? |
|
|
No, we do not charge for travel inside the
central Indiana area, within a 20 mile radius. If you live farther than 20
miles from the center of town, we may negotiate a travel charge, although it
will be minimal. |
 | What do you charge? |

We charge $65.00 an hour with a 2 hour
minimum. So each module of QuickBooks will cost APPROXIMATELY $130.00 for
training, although that may vary. |
 | Do you take credit cards? |
|
|
Not at this time, we keep our training
costs lower than most because we do not credit cards. We do, however, take
personal checks at the time of service. |
 | How do I pay you? |
|

We accept personal and business checks.
We will also bill you and work with business purchase orders. |
 | How long will it take for you to get to me? |
|

We can usually schedule an appointment
within 1-2 business days. |
 | Can you help me over the phone? |
|

Yes, we can remotely access your computer
and provide troubleshooting. |
 | Do you have a classroom? |
|
|
No, we come to your home or business. We
provide one on one personalized computer training for Quickbooks, Microsoft
Office, and general computer consulting. We do not teach classes. |
 | Can you bring a computer to me? |

|
Yes, we can bring a laptop to you, however
it is preferable for you to own and be setting up your own copy of
QuickBooks on your own computer. Microsoft Office training and
consulting can be done on one of our computers. |
 | Do I have to be a bookkeeper to know how to use
QuickBooks? |

No, our QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor is
a Tax Accountant and he will set up your chart of accounts and your
business, then he will train you how to use the software, so that you do not
need to be a bookkeeper to use it. |
 | How long have you been in business? |

We have been in business since 1995 and
have been Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisors since 1999. |
